bdwim Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bdwim platform. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and bdwim.

bdwim.cam ("bdwim", "we", "our") is an online entertainment and sports betting platform for Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdwim website, mobile app, and all related services.

By registering, accessing, or using our platform, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the bdwim platform.

Important: bdwim is only for individuals who are 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.

1. Definitions and Introduction

Key Terms

The following words and phrases are used in these Terms with the meanings given below:

  • "Platform" — The bdwim.cam website and all its sub-services.
  • "User" or "You" — Any person who is registered on or accesses the bdwim platform.
  • "Account" — Your personal registered profile on the platform.
  • "Funds" or "Balance" — The amount of money held in your bdwim account.
  • "Bonus" — Any promotional reward or additional credit granted by bdwim.
  • "Wager" or "Bet" — Money placed at risk to participate in any game or sport.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1

Age and Eligibility Requirements

The following conditions must be met to use the bdwim platform:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
  • You will operate the account in your own name and for your own purposes.
  • A user may register only one account.
  • You must not be an employee, director, or close relative of bdwim staff.
  • All information you provide must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
bdwim reserves the right to permanently close any account and forfeit all funds if registration was completed using false information.
2.2

Identity Verification (KYC)

bdwim follows an identity verification process to ensure a safe environment. As part of this process, we may request a national identity card, passport, or other valid identification. Withdrawals may be limited until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1

Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Please follow the guidelines below:

  • Always keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
  • Use a strong password — a combination of numbers, letters, and special characters.
  • If you notice any suspicious activity, report it immediately to [email protected].
  • Do not leave your device unattended while logged in to your account.
3.2

Account Closure and Suspension

bdwim reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time without notice in the following circumstances:

  • In the event of a breach of the Terms.
  • If fraud or deception is suspected.
  • If multiple accounts are being operated.
  • If the bonus system is being misused.
  • If third-party accounts or funds are being used.
  • In the event of a violation of laws or regulations.

4. Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1

Deposits

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer can be used to deposit funds into bdwim. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposited funds are generally added to your account instantly. bdwim does not accept external transfers or funds from unknown sources.

4.2

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit (or to a verified personal bank account). bdwim will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

A security check is carried out when withdrawal requests are reviewed. This is a standard process to protect your funds.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. After claiming this bonus, neither the principal funds nor the bonus funds can be withdrawn until the 20x wagering requirement has been met.

Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus. The total of ৳3,000 × 20 = ৳60,000 in wagers must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

5.2

General Bonus Terms

  • An account is eligible for the welcome bonus only once.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
  • bdwim reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • In the event of bonus misuse (multiple accounts, false information, coordinated betting), the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Each promotional offer may have its own separate terms; the terms on the offer page apply.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1

General Betting Rules

  • A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Bets will not be accepted if the account balance is insufficient.
  • Abnormal outcomes resulting from technical errors may be considered void.
  • bdwim's decision on bet outcomes is final.
6.2

Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (FIFA), and kabaddi. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to bdwim's existing policy. Odds on live bets may change at any time.

7. VIP Program and Rewards

7.1

VIP Tiers and Benefits

The bdwim VIP program has 4 tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier through continued active participation. bdwim reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.

8. Prohibited Activities

8.1

List of Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Registering or operating multiple accounts.
  • Registering with false or misleading information.
  • Strategically misusing the bonus system or promotional offers.
  • Using automated software, bots, or hacking tools.
  • Using third-party funds or payment methods.
  • Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Attempting to bypass any security measures on the platform.
  • Harassment or abusive conduct toward other users.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1

12. Disclaimer and Limitations

12.1

Limitation of Liability

bdwim strives to provide uninterrupted and accurate service. However, bdwim is not liable in the following circumstances:

  • Internet connection issues or technical failures by third parties.
  • Unexpected server outages or maintenance.
  • Losses caused by a user's own negligence.
  • Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or other unavoidable circumstances.
bdwim bears no responsibility for financial losses arising from a user's gaming activity. Gaming carries risk — only bet an amount you can afford to lose.

13. Changes to Terms

Right to Make Changes

bdwim reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after a change is made will be considered acceptance of the new terms. The date of the most recent update will be noted at the top of this page.
